RETURN POLICY
Returns requests via email must be within 48 hours from receiving your shipment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition received. This includes no powdercoat, polish or paint. It must also be in the original packaging. 30% restocking fee for parts. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email to notify if your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Shipping to and from WRS is not refunded.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange requests via email must be within 48 hours from receiving your shipment.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition received. This includes no powdercoat, polish or paint. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only exchange items if they are deemed factory defect and for the same item. Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will email to notify if your exchange has been approved or rejected. If approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a new item will be ready for shipment. Shipping to and from WRS is not reimbursed.
